HISTORY

Founded in 2006 in Paris, Medsquare has become one of the European leaders in providing communication solutions in the medical imaging environment. We offer a wide range of DICOM peripheral products which facilitate the daily activities of radiology departments. We maintain a relationship of trust with, and proximity to, our customers. Our solutions are directed to healthcare institutions and are deployed in 450 university hospitals and imaging centers in France and in more than 2000 around the world via our distribution channel. Medsquare is also a key partner of the world’s leading radiology equipment manufacturers, who offer our peripheral devices and software to their customers bundled with the sale of their DICOM modalities.

The first agreement was signed with GE Healthcare company in November 2007. GE Healthcare chose Medsquare DICOM peripheral products (burning , archiving and printing solutions) to offer them to customers in Africa, Asia , Europe and the Middle East. Since the beginning of our collaboration, we have installed more than 500 machines with GE Healthcare in 34 countries.

In 2012, Medsquare decided to expand its product range – with its partner MPTronic, Medsquare presented the “Radiation Dose Monitor” (RDM) solution during the French Radiology Congress, JFR (Journées Françaises de Radiologie). RDM is a software solution for collecting, controlling and analyzing radiation doses delivered to patients during medical imaging examinations. The introduction of “RDM” on the DACS (Dose Archiving and Communication System) market was a real turning point in Medsquare’s history.

Thanks to the intrinsic qualities of the RDM solution, in 2014 and 2016 Medsquare won all 3 public tenders in France that were launched by major hospital purchasing groups: AGEPS-APHP, Résah (selected in 2014 and 2016) and UniHA.

Since 2013, Medsquare has been participating in the world’s most important radiology exhibitions (JFR, RSNA, ECR, Arab Health, etc.) and expanding its distribution network. Our DACS solution is now present in a number of countries around the world via distribution partners who share our values. The list of countries keeps on growing and the process of qualifying new partners is booming.
